Fedora 6 64 bit

I have just loaded Fedora 6 on a 64 bit amd machine.

How do I enable apache as localhost shows no web and where is it on this distro?

How do I know if it loaded the 64 bit version as I have not seen any reference to it on loading from the Linux Format double DVD?

You can start this by enabling it as a service (under System>Administration) or from the command line:

/etc/init.d/httpd start

You need to download the 64 bit version instead of the regular 32 bit. If you installed using the 32 bit version then you will have 32 bit applications.

Other distro's do this automatically on the installation.

I have tested the 32 bit and works with php on a 64 bit machine as all the other distro's do so far.

Where can I download the 64 bit version of Fedora 6?

I'm interested to learn which these are. You can download the 64 bit version from the fedora homepage at fedoraproject.org.
