Fedora 4 and ISDN (Dynalink-Asuscom)

After long time I decide to upgrade my home linux-box from Redhat9 to Fedora Core 4. I do not have complicated configuration but my linux-box have to dial in and dial out trough ISDN PCI modem.
On redhat that works good and I did not have much trouble to setup it because there is lot of documentation on the Internet about it.
Problem came with Fedora 4
Installation went good and I sow that the Fedora was detected my ISDN and load module for me hisax
But I can not do anything that I remember from redhat.
~Isdnctrl addif ippp0

here are some more inputs:

I did not find answer how to add this missing /dev/isdninfo and I was looking for a lot on the Internet
The things that is mention around the Internet is CAPI20 module for kernels 2.6. and latest
Is there some pointer or solutions for this.
Thanks in advance
Petar
