Fedora-32 Dolphin driving me crazy

Fedora32/kdE

Save Image, Comic.jpeg, I go to Dolphin/Downloads and I cannot find Comic.Jpeg.
But i can show Comics.jpeg in /Downloads by using the download in Chrome.
Something is miss aligning the file structure in Dolphin, how do
I run a command for Dolphin to realign the the Files in Dolphin so I can see them.
This is driving me crazy.

I found the Comic.jpeg file, it was put in /Downloads/hero3/Comic.jpeg.
I defintely did not instruct it to put it THERE.
