Fedora 22 will not boot and boots into emergency shell
I've been trying for almost a week now, and no matter what I do, fedora always boots into Dracut. The main problem is that is says it can't find /dev/disk/by-label/<ISO Name> and /dev/mapper/liverw. I've tried USB, SD, DVD, and none work. I've tried Live USB (Which doesn't work at all), Burning and Mounting, and even tried it on other computers, and it still won't work. And I know it's possible to get Fedora on my computer, as I did before a while ago. I've heard there's problems with UEFI, but I'm not sure.
Its a bit unclear to me precisely what doesnt work when you use the live CD and try it on other computers (what is "it"?), but perhaps you should start by removing the offending lines from /etc/fstab. You can do that in dracut, though you probably have to remount the root filesystem read-write before modifying anything on it mount -o remount,rw /.
Also, have you ever been able to boot this particular installation of F22, and are you aware of any change that might have caused the problem.
Hello and welcome to LQ, hope you like it here. If you can and care, please stick around to help answer other members questions?

Please be exact and complete. Like berndbausch already said "doesn't work" is not a technical assessment we can do anything with. There are various reasons why something doesn't work out of the box. For example if you try to reboot and install or upgrade from external media then do check BIOS settings and boot order.

Same here. It's "/dev/mapper/live-rw" and there's no sense in "hiding" your ISO name: it only keeps us from finding out what you boot which isn't helping.

Please be exact and complete. What did you do to make F 22 do that? Install anew? Upgrade from F 21? Earlier release? Anything else?
And from what medium did you install?
Can you boot a previous kernel?
When you boot dracut emergency what do your /etc/mtab and /etc/fstab contain?
The reason I didn't show the ISO name was I was currently on a phone while posting the original thread. Whoops!
The ISO files I've tried are:
Fedora-Live-MATE_Compiz-x86_64-22-3.iso
Fedora-Live-Workstation-x86_64-22-3.iso
Fedora-Live-Workstation-x86_64-21-5.iso
I installed via a FAT16 4GB USB, grabbing the files from 7zip. I cannot boot from an existing kernel as it no longer is on the drive (After I screwed up the kernel trying to update it, I was forced to nuke the drive and start Windows from scratch). I once had Fedora 21 on this PC before, as I said, I messed it up. I'll go and fetch the output from /etc/mtab and /etc/fstab
I can't seem to access fsab. Whenever I try to access it, it says Permission Denied. I tried that mount remount command mentioned by berndbausch, and thatdidn't return output and still Permission is Denied. I was, however, able to get the output from mtab. The attached photo is the output.

Neither /etc/fstab nor mtab are shell scripts, so that you can't open them with the "sh" command.
/etc/fstab is a text file that contains file systems to be mounted at system startup. When one of those filesystems can't be mounted for whatever reason, the startup process stops to give you a chance to repair the situation. You need to open fstab with a text editor like nano or vi and put a comment sign ("#") in front of the lines that cause problems.
How did you create the liveUSB ?. From Windoze ?.
I see several reports of this problem, and they indicate the method of creating the image is the problem. Have a read of this wiki page.
I always just use dd from a Linux system - may not be an option here.
I don't need a backup of Windows, as it's Windows 10 and it has nothing of importance. I tried Live USB Creator, Mount & Copy, and extracting via 7zip from the ISO to the USB. I tried both FAT16 and FAT32. That page is what I followed, but I'm thinking of borrowing a computer from a friend of mine, and trying it from there.
EDIT: You meant a verified ISO, didn't you and not a Windows backup. I'm a failure. Anyways, yes, its verified.
EDIT 2: Oh, there are multiple methods listed there. I'll try those when I get access to my computer.
