Hello all -
Newbie to the boards - and to Fedora in general - I was wondering if there are any online resource books that can help me out. I installed Fedora Core 2 on my HP (yeah i know = waste of time and money)... everything seemed to be working just find, but suddenly tonight, for no apparant reason, my soundcard DIED while the computer was still running - I haven't changed anything... I went into volume control and whatnot.... nothing....
So I ask of you, any online books out there that you know of? I googled it and came up with nil.

i had a similar problem with my workstation at work. you might just try running the gnome soundcard detection from the gnome menu. it should be in system settings.
