Fedora 17 beta install dvd stops at kernel synch error
I downloaded Fedora 17 beta install DVD, and burned the image. When I go to install, it begins, and then stops at a fatal kernel synch error. Any ideas why?

Same problem here, so I installed the Alpha and then did an update, which worked OK. You do realise though, that this is Beta and not considered stable? Might pay to wait a couple of weeks and install the released version.

Beta and not considered stable, try with the current RC fedora release 17...
