This is just something very vague at the back of my skull, but I have doubts about the CD RW, not sure why as it starts to load OK, but if the checksum on the download is OK, I'd try re-burning to a CD R.
Just as something to do to eliminate a vaguely possible problem.

I just did the CD-R, and it does the same thing as the CD-RW.

I have heard too many bad things about installing from Live CD. Just install from a regular Fedora install disk and you should be fine.
