i set mine up yesterday dual booting with win xp pro 64. it's real simple. just tell it you want to manually manage the partitions. and don't overwrite your ntfs partition. but if you don't have blank partition space, you'll probably need to resize the disk partitions with gparted or some kind of bootable partition tool. i'm not sure what tools the f10 live disc comes with. it may have it.
but if you still have your suse partitions on the drive, it should be no sweat. just format and write to the existing linux partitions.
