Fedora 10 64bit : software RAID to single harddisk

Initially I have installed Fedora 10 using a softRAID setup with a /boot and a physical LVM partition mirrored over 2 SATA disks.

I'm using VirtualBox and would like to use Xen.

So I thought I'd use one of those 2 disks to install a new Xen-kernel.

This means that Fedora that starts up now from md0 (representing /boot) needs to be replaced by sda1.

So how can I go from a softRAID-setup to a single disk setup ??

How do I change my grub.conf ??

Code:
# grub.conf generated by anaconda
#
# Note that you do not have to rerun grub after making changes to this file
# NOTICE: You have a /boot partition. This means that
# all kernel and initrd paths are relative to /boot/, eg.
#          root (hd0,0)
#          kernel /vmlinuz-version ro root=/dev/VGserver/LVroot
#          initrd /initrd-version.img
#boot=/dev/md0
default=0
timeout=5
splashimage=(hd0,0)/grub/splash.xpm.gz

there is too much to cover here. search google for "linux lvm howto" or "linux raid+lvm howto" or "linux raid general maintenance" or ...

Its not hard but if you miss something you will make a big mess.
