FC6: Video Card problems while installing...

I just got a 64bit processor, so I decided to try and install the 64 bit Fedora Core 6, however when it gets to the anaconda part, it looks for the Graphics Card, it says unknown and then my monitor goes to sleep. I have an Nvidia 8800 GTS, and it wasn't a problem when I installed my processor and had to update the current version of FC6, it said unknown Graphics card, but Anaconda still showed up.

That is a pretty new card. Do you have an older one available ? If so, try to run the install with
the older video card in, and if it completes ok, then pop in your new 8800 and install the latest
nvidia drivers and configure it at that point.

Thats what I would try first anyways...

FC6 wiped out the DVI port on my monitor, connected to a GeForce video card (NVidia). Suggest you use the VGA output of the card for FC6.
