FC6 and wireless card


I am a newbie at linux and i am trying to get my D-Link DWL-650 to work on my FC6 laptop?

How would i go about doing this?

The card should work(with some work)

make sure you have wireless-tools installed. look at the /var/log/messages file to see if there is anything about the card.

type dmesg that might display some more stuff about the card.

check which chipset it is using then look that up.

also

just google "D-Link DWL-650 linux" or "D-Link DWL-650 fedora"
