I'm one of the unlucky few whose DLink DWL-G510 doesn't work in Fedora without ndiswrapper. However, it does work well. In order to get it to work I used the 16bit Stack Kernel from their website. I was curious as to whether this has been fixed in FC4. When I googled it, there was on passing mention, but no confirmation. Does anyone know if the stock FC4 kernel can be used with ndiswrapper which froze on the 4k stack in FC3? I'd like to upgrade this computer, but not at the expense of being able to go online.
I have the same card with no problems, I also have the standerd stack size, Im using ndiswrapper 1.1 and the drivers that came on the cd, I had the frezing problem until I decided to try the drivers on the cd. make sure its the xp one.
