FC3 -> FC4 upgrade

I'm a newbie so please be patient with me. How can I upgrade from FC3 to FC4 without the CD? I've read many forums and people says they've done it, but dont say how. I use yum and sometime smart-upate to update my system usually. Is there a way I can do it with those utils ?
