FC3 ATI Proprietary Drivers tutorial

I have been looking for a tutorial on how to install the ATI proprietary drivers for X.org on FC3. So far all I've found has been a tutorial for Mandrake 10. Does anybody know where I might find information on installing the drivers? ATI doesn't seem to provide anything on their site.

Thanks.
