FC2 won't boot.

God Damn... who decided to only include GRUB with FC2? I @#%Q@ HATE GRUB. It never works.

Anyway, I get done installing, dual boot with windows xp...

and all I get is "GRUB Stage 2 Loading..." and then nothing, dead freeze. If it were LILO, I'd know how to start working on it, but I know nothing about GRUB (other than it never works, ever, in my experience, and I'd rather use Windows 95)... BAH! FC is supposed to be the "fast and easy" linux to get running, not PITA.

Anyone have any ideas what is wrong? It mentioned something about the partition table being misaligned in the install, but I couldn't find anything about that online.

Ok. Now it boots, BUT Nautilus won't run, so I'm forced to use KDE. Everytime I log in it brings up the "this program terminated abruptly" dialog...
