I'm having a similar problem, but this is with all OpenGL screensavers and applications. Are you using an NVIDIA card along with NVIDIA's driver? If so, this is an issue with NVIDIA's compatibility with Fedora. Speaking of which (I was just about to post a new thread about this), I know that a solution is to download drivers from livna.org, but these RPMs require specific Fedora kernels. I run kernels that I download, compile, and install from kernel.org. These RPMs won't install because of this. I've read that the problem is that OpenGL is installed in a different place in Fedora than in most distros, and this causes the driver's instabillity. Is there a way I can extract the NVIDIA driver and install it manually? Thanks.
