I am having trouble buring a iso image of Fedora C2 i386. I am running fedora C2 x86_64. I have 2 machines each with different drives, one a toshiba, and the other a lite-on. The same things happen on both machines, both FC2 x86_64
for FC2 I heard that there is trouble when burning if you su, so I am in a tty2 as root.
I am using -dao because by default cdrecord attempts to use -tao and then bails saying my drive doesn't support tao. The disk apears to burn, drive is active but then the created disk is impossible to mount. I get the error:
mount: wrong fs type, bad option, bad superblock on /dev/cdrom,
Disk shows burn, you can see the burn on the actual disk. The same thing happens on both my machines...
Origionally I used XP and the software that it came with to burn the iso of FC2 x86_64...
but now I don't have it installed!!!
It seams to me that this is a software problem, and maybe even that I am not issuing the correct commands.
Could someone with experience using FC2 please help me?
here is the -scanbus ouput of one of my machines:

In addition to intuitive -Z interpretation, growisofs [version 3.3 and later] recognizes special form of -Z command line option which permits burning of arbitrary pre-mastered images. The "magic" command is:
growisofs -Z /dev/scd0=image.iso
where image.iso represents an arbitrary object in the file system, such as file, named pipe or device entry. No, nothing is "growing" here and command name is counter-intuitive in this particular context.
<end snipped>
I downloaded the latest dvd DVD+RW/+R/-R[W] sources and built them, but then I noticed they already were installed with Fedora C2, so you might save some timeby trying the installed version.
