FC10, Where Is Boost library rpm

FC10
I'm trying to compile "lordsawar" and it's asking for Boost libraries, where are they.
Can't find libboost or boostlibs, where are they ?
Not in FC10 repos.
I have boost, boost-devel installed

checking for boost directory... /usr/include/boost
checking boost/version.hpp usability... no
checking boost/version.hpp presence... no
checking for boost/version.hpp... no
configure: error: *** Boost library not found! Install it.

Run 'which' or 'locate' to find those executables or files that you are looking for. Maybe your /usr/include directory is not in your $PATH variable - either add it to your PATH or add it to your Makefile like -I/usr/include.
