FC1 KDE 3.2.2 smb + kdemultimedia rebuild
Hi, I've installed fedora core 1 on my computer about a week ago, updated kde with the rpms from kde.org, and have a few problems:
-SMB won't work with kde: when typing "smb:///" in the Run dialog, I get the following message: "internal error - libsmbclient reported an error but didn't specify what it is...please send bug reports ..." - whereas with gnome, no problems at all.
I was thinking if it had something to do with installation of the kdenetwork rpm...
-As everyone knows, there is no mp3 support with fedora. I've reinstalled xmms, and works fine. But I got used before of using noatun and kaboodle, and so would like to rebuild the rpms with having mp3 support in all apps. I only don't really know how... I read the man page, googled around, but couldn't find a good tutorial... So if anyone has a link or could tell me what should I do (I have kdemultimedia---.src.rpm) it would be great help.
Thanks,
Tessx
