You can install with the Fedora 7 LiveCD.

LiveCD only install a small set of stuff. Doesn't even have gedit. the only way I can install is through LiveCD, but when I use add/remove software to install more applications, not only it takes a LONG time because of the downloading, but also it has encountered a number of problems.

any idea?

If you don't have access to a good network connection, then I suggest using a different distribution. Fedora is one of the more volatile distributions due to its leading edge goal, and you need to be regularly applying maintenance (daily, ideally). F7 already has about 4GB of maintenance against it. Most modern Linux distributions require good network connections for regular maintenance.

Any of the commercially oriented distributions, like CentOS (familiar if you like Fedora) will be a good choice.
