F7 fails to resume from suspend

When I right-click on kpowersave in Fedora and click "suspend", it goes down just fine. However, when I push the power button, the screen never lights back up and doesn't display anything. I have to hard-halt the system and boot up again. I've fixed this on other distros by adding "vga=normal" to the boot options, but this has had no effect on F7. What could be the problem?

Unfortunately, none of those pages was of help to me. In the bug reports, nobody has resolved the issue. In the fix-it guide, I tried all of the options that I was told to, with no success.

Actually, I figured as much. IMHO Fedora 7 shouldn't have been released yet because of this and other fatal bugs (like random X crashes). I'd say use FC6 for now and give them about 2 months, at least, to iron it out - that is, unless you want to help fix some of the issues. That's just my opinion though - but I'm certainly not offering supported Fedora 7 systems yet.

I can't do much programming, so I don't know how much help I could be in fixing the issues. However, I'm literally a stone's throw from the Red Hat Raleigh, NC office, so if any Red Hat employees want to get their hands on my laptop and see what's going wrong, I'd be happy to oblige.
