Unhappy F18 fonts vanished

I've done something really stupid (obviously) and my /usr/share/fonts directory has disappeared. This makes it impossible to do anything unless in console mode. Is there any way to re-install the fonts? Don't want to have to start from scratch with a full install unless I have to..

Bit the bullet and did a clean install. All good now.
