Exiting X
 

I still cant figure out how to exit the x window system. Im about to throw my computer off of a 12th story balchony. Please help before i need a new computer. Thanks In advance

right, to shut down the pc go fedora hat > log out

to restart x if it breaks press ctrl alt backspace

to drop to pure console (no x running at all)

open a terminal
su (it will prompt for the root password)
/sbin/init 3

That should be it
