Error 15: File not found ; booting problem

I have been using Fedora 7. yesterday onwards I am getting
Error 15: File not found while in GRUB. from my knowledge i see that root filesystem is not mounted or the problem is bootloader is not able to find the kernel image location. Please help me to solve this issue.

Were any changes made just prior to your getting this error? Changes in partitions for example? Is Fedora 7 the only OS on your system? Did you try to make any changes to the bootloader? Do you have a Live CD you could load to access the machine? If so, mount the Fedora root partition and run the 'fdisk -l' command and post the output here.
