where to set them in general

declare -x [EnterVariableNameHere]="[/what/you/want/to/set/it/to]"

echo $[EnterVariableNameHere] ##To View your variable.

guess that should do the trick!
exept that echo $PKG_CONFIG_PATH.... is tricky can't find that most wanted var here

bash: declare: `/sbin': not a valid identifier

not good, how to add to $CDPATH or $PATH i don;t know exactly which one the path to /sbin ?
whichout deleting the others

man declare didn't help much, hope someone will
