Enable repositories for Korora

I have recently installed Korora but it seems there are no repositories enabled by default when I open yumex. Which of them should I use and which I definitely should not?

please post the output of

Code:
su -
dnf repolist all
is this the OS you are trying to do a INPLACE upgrade from 20 to 23

-- that will NOT work out well
-- not well at all

do a new clean install using 23
