Dual Boot XP and FC4

I have fedora core as my Master hard drive, and my Windows as the slave.. How would I go about dual booting?

Windows is known to complain if it isn't the first system on the drive (although ther are ways around that as well) but since it is the first on the slave drive and won't be able to read the master drive there really shouldn't be a problem. Just make sure you linux boot loader (Grub, Lilo) knows where windows is.

add the windows to the /boot/grub/grub.conf:
title Windows
rootnoverify (hd1.0)
chainloader +1

Maybe things have changed with GRUB but I always had to remap the hard drives within the grub.conf file to trick the system into thinking Windows is installed on the first drive.

Edit grub.conf to look something like:

title Windows
map (hd0) (hd1)
map (hd1) (hd0)
rootnoverify (hd1,0)
makeactive
chainloader +1

That should do the trick.
