Does Fedora pick up OnBoard ?

Does Fedora pick up onboard LAN and Audio ?

Most of the time yes. If you are using a fairly standard chipset for sound and lan, it should work. Unless you have something very very new, chances are it will work.

To be 100% sure, list what exact hardware chipsets you have for both devices.
