Detail of Automount process


I want to know how to set up my FC3 to automount CD and DVD as soon as i insert it in the respective ROMs. Also i want to automount my USB as it is plugged in.
Someone said that i have to edit /etc/fstab. Please tell me with detail how to do that.

man fstab

post your /etc/fstab

google is your freind

this should be set up for you already.
Considering your other troubles, you may be facing a poor installation...
