delay in the sound
 

The sound under root works perfectly, however if i login with other user there are a delay between a event and the sound that make this event. (For example, problems in scummvm, dosbox, xmms ...) I make a lot of test with SB 128, SB Live, Athlon 2400 Athlon 2600, Kernel 2.4.22, Kernel 2.6.5, Alsa, OSS and always happen.
I use Fedora Core 1 and i have installed four time. (i think that install million time doesn't the solution but is the desesperation ...
