Creating software mirror raid during installation

Hello everyone

I'm trying to install fedora on software raid created using 2 identical SCSI hard-drives but failing to do this.

The kernel does see the scsi channels 0,0,1 & 0,1,0 and can read/write/boot from either of them.

Sadly, when trying to create the raid setup doesn't allow me to continue; I must be doing something wrong.

Could you please explain to me how to create software raid 1 (mirror) when installing the system? Should I simply create all the setup partitions on 1 drive (say 0,0,1) and then afterwards, when the system is operational configure the raid ? How ?

Thank you for reading,
Maxim.

Not sure exactly what you're doing, but you have to partition each drive the same as some type of RAID (in the menu), then you have to combine partitions from each drive to a file type like ext3. Look at the Red Hat docs;
