Couple FC3 problems..

Well, I just recently installed FC3. I've tried getting NTFS support. I installed the RPMs for my kernel, it says they're installed, but I still can't mount NTFS drives.

Another error I'm getting is no sound. When installing, I tested the sound snd-emu10k1, and it worked fine. I set it as my primary audio device, and continued with the instalation. Well, now, I have no sound, and when I run the sound test, nothing happens. Soundcard: Soundblaster PCI 512

Okay, I've gotten sound to work.. ALSA problem.. That's fixed. Now, the only thing I'm having troubles with now is keeping my Soundblaster as my default sound device. I select it as my default, but when I close the Soundcard Detection window, the onboard card goes back to default..

Edit: Sound issues are fixed, my only problem that remains is mounting NTFS...

To mount NTFS in FC3, firstly you have to install a module supporting the kernel you are using (probably 2.6.9-1.667).
You can check your kernel version by running 'uname -r' in shell. You can get required rpm of module supporting your kernel and more information on this link http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/rpm/fedora3.html . But NTFS is read-only, no write support is provided.
