converting FC4 CD ISO files to a DVD

I received four FC4 CD ISO files plus a rescue cd ISO file on a magazine DVD. Is there a way to convert the ISOs to one installation DVD? I don't want to waste 5 CDs when I can use one DVD to install FC4 in.

I have tried searching for it in here and at Google but they all come up with dead ends. Please don't tell me to download a DVD ISO file of it as I have a 56k connection.

Can anyone please help?
