codepage=936, iocharset=cp936 don't work in FC2's fstab!

My FAT32 filesystem's contains many files with Chinese name. When I add the following lines to /etc/fstab in RH9 or MDK10 it could display the file name properly, but in FC2, after rebooting, when displaying chinese file name, it says:"bad unicode charaters", or so.

/dev/hdb5 /mnt/wind vfat defaults,codepage=936,iocharset=cp936 0 0
