fwiw, I install chrome on fedora 25 from the google repos. Just took a look, it seems their repo only offers a 64bit version of google-chrome-stable. Found a year-old blog post saying Google is killing 32bit Chrome for linux.
I installed Chromium but it won't Stream Video, so I Installed Fedy and in the Utilities Section I found Flash that allowed the 32 bit Firefox to Stream video.
I have two Asus 10" laptops that still have a lot of use, I left Windows 20 years ago because of Microsoft causing changes every year and causing me to spend more money to makes Bill Gates the riches man in the world.
And now Linux is putting me in the same position. I should have not said that, At least Fedora is still giving me a 32 bit OS and I do appreciate that.

Yes I do have 64 bit PC.
If that is your goal, then you goofed by selecting Fedora as your distribution of choice. Fedora is intentionally "unstable" (in the techie meaning of the word) and undergoes massive changes every 6 months, by design. John VV is correct (as usual) that CentOS would have been a better choice for your needs, or perhaps the "LTS" (long term support) release of Ubuntu or Mint.
