Choosing keyboard language on boot

Hi,

I have a USB drive with Fedora 6 on and all works fine now i swap this drive between 3 laptops (German / French and UK) and i want to be able to choose the keyboard layout during the boot process. I know i can system-config-keyboard to do this but how can i make it part of the boot up.

Appreicate all suggestions

Phil

Fixed thanks to sideways on fedoraforums.

edit /etc/inittab and have it boot into runlevel 3 (edit the line 'id:5:initdefault:' to 'id:3:initdefault:'. Then put these lines in /etc/rc.local,

Code:
/usr/bin/system-config-keyboard
gdm
