changing the sudo password?

i was woundering how to change the sudo password to something besides my user account password in visudo.

i know how to make it nopassword but to me that would be stupid.

also i was wondering if it was possible to create sudo to where it can have multiple password for diffrent purposes for the same user

These directives might get you part of the way there:
rootpw If set, sudo will prompt for the root password instead
of the password of the invoking user. This flag is off
                    by default.

runaspw If set, sudo will prompt for the password of the user
defined by the runas_default option (defaults to root)
instead of the password of the invoking user. This
                    flag is off by default.
... from man sudoers
