CD/DVD Creator shows an error message SAO error:unpredictable track size

I am using Fedora 11(Leonidas) Desktop.Whenever I try to burn a cd with CD/DVD Creator it shows an error message SAO error:unpredictable track size.I had heard of k3b so I installed it.But it was also showing 'error'.
Later I found a solution to the problem which is only applicable on k3b I Drag n Dropped the files which I wanted to burn and clicked in the Burn.I selected the writing mode TAO instead of Auto.So how to do this in case of CD/DVD Creator?
Thanks In Advance
