You can always try to mount them manualy. But than you must know which device file is associated with your win drive. If windows are on first partition of your master drive, try this:

mount /dev/hda1 /mnt

where /mnt is an existing dir on you hard drive under linux. Then just dir to that directory and see if it has succesfully mounted.
Hope it's a usefull direction.

Enjoy

http://linux-ntfs.sourceforge.net/rpm/fedora3.html

This website provides the RPMs in order for NTFS partitions to be read.

/dev/hda1 /mnt/Windows ntfs auto,users,ro,umask=022 0 0
That was my fstab entry before I dumped Windows. Make sure you create the mountpoint to wherever you are going to mount it.
