Can't find xxd for fedora core 5

Hi all,

I am trying to create a couple of Wepkeys for some WLAN setup and when I tried doing the following

Code:
dd if=/dev/random bs=1 count=16 2>/dev/null |xxd -ps
It tells me it not found!!!
Using locate localy does not give me any results either...
Now when I try to install it via yum it can't be found either...where has it gone?

Does anyone know? Where can I find it?

Thanks for any help.

Mine is in /usr/bin

Question - have you run updatedb, as I don't believe it is automated by default in FC5

Yes I have done an updatedb and now I have manually checked the /usr/bin folder but there is no xxd

Any other Ideas...is this also fc5 that you have?

Do you perhaps know what package it might be part of or in?

Thanks for the suggestion thou.

Cheers

Yes, I checked my FC5 machine. What repos do you have set up?
