I have it in Ubuntu 9.04. Are you using the Gnome desktop?

I'm using the Live edition of Fedora 14 now. I'll see if I can find it.

The feature you're looking for is a command called gdmsetup. Apparently Fedora runs an svn version of Gnome according to this thread and doesn't have it.

You should research and figure out how to do it via the terminal. Gnome documentation is where I would start or ask/search over at their user forums.
