Broken Fedora Version? (National letters get messed up, random times)

Hi guys

I asked before why the national letters wont work in the server but the answer i got did not work for me, so i changed the System language to Icelandic, this is where i get suprised, everything is in my language (of course) but when i go to the menu, i can see all the names in icelandic with icelandic letters, EXCEPT few things where they get messed up.

What i am trying to say, is that in some items in the main menu, the icelandic letters work fine, other parts, they get messed up.

Is there something wrong with my fedora?

I haven't updated my version, but can anyone tell me what is wrong :S

This has happened to me too (I'm Swedish)
It is caused by UTF, make sure you remove that completely! Unfortunately, you might find that UTF-8 already messed things up. For me, some filenames didn't display properly using proper locale 'sv-latin1', so you might have to rename some files ...

Best is never install that stupid UTF!
