boot on power restoration

Use Fedora Core 5 on X86_64, how does one make the computer restart/boot after a power failure? Is this under the bios control or acpid? We have remote computers that we occasionally need to use a remote power management unit to restart computers. Some of ours start up automatically, others require a lengthy journey to push the on button.

What type of computers are you using? I've never seen a BIOS option for this, but I won't rule it out. It's probably an ACPI thing.

It's a BIOS thing; I've seen it in several different (but not all) BIOSes.
