Bluetooth problems

FC 10/KDE
Bluetooth mouse sometimes connect, and all of the time it is discovered , but it just won't PAIR.

And when starting Kbluetooth4, it starts but it won't show up in Panel. Running from Terminal if I try to start it again it says it is running.

Below is output of /var/log/messages for bluetooth.
