-bash: fork: Cannot allocate memory


Hi all:
When iam trying to get in my fedora core 5 hosted server by ssh
iam getting this message :
-bash: fork: Cannot allocate memory
and then i cant login to any of the system files.
is there any solution for this .

Process table full or too tightly set /etc/security/limits.conf (ulimit)? BTW FC5 is deprecated.
