Which package offers the following plugins?

Core Plugins

These plugins are included with Banshee core, however, your distribution may package them separately.

* Music Sharing - Provides DAAP music sharing functionality. Stream your library to (and from) iTunes, Rhythmbox or other Banshee users.

* Smart Playlists - Allows for smart playlists based on song metadata.

* Podcasting - Podcast listening plugin, by Mike Urbanski.

* Mini Mode - Allows controlling Banshee through a simplified interface.

* Music Recommendations - Recommends new artists, tracks and albums based on the playing artist using Last.FM.

* Internet Radio - Listen to internet streaming radio.

These are official but i'm unable to find it in the repo.

Have you checked the Banshee website? Often plugins are simple scripts which need to be added.

Yes Ray i have checked it, they provide links only to unofficial plugins, not these official ones. They say check with your distribution.
