balooctl disable ,disables baloo, If you run balooctl status, it shows you that it is disabled. It shows the same results even after Rebooting the computer.
top, baloo-file-extr is chewing up the CPU time and memory around 50% and slows down Fedora quite a bit.
I don't understand why, when it shows baloo-file-extr is disabled.

another service can still start it even when it's disabled.

Well found the problem, But I can't explain it, It is in the .hidden files of a /home directory but which one I can't say.
What I did was move all the .hidden files into a separate Directory and allowed the Apps to rebuild the .hidden files.
If anyone has any thought on which .hidden file has the culprit baloo problem I would greatly appreciate the help.
As of right now , baloo-file-extr is not giving me any more problems. I did a balooctl enable and no more problems.

Files like that are usually under ~/.config or ~/.local/share.
