Autostart


how can i make an application to start when i log in with windowmaker, fluxbox and xfce? which file i have to edit? can i do this wizth only one config file for all my window managers?

I don't think so...but another approach:
1. create a shell script with all the applications you want to start after login
2. make this script run at start (write it into the wm's start file)

which is the wm start file? and there are 3 diffenent directories in /etc/X11/gdm: PostLogin, PreSession, PostSession. what can i do with this? seems not to work like i want.
