auto login not working; neither LQ posts
 

Using KDE 3.5.

I tried to enable autologin by clicking/checking in the Convinience tab in Login Manager under System Administration option of the control center but to no avail.

Posts at LQ either write the above solution or sugess some non-working methods (at least for me).
Could anybody get it working?
