Question Audio CD mount problem

When I try to mount an audio CD (in console), it fails.

Code:
 
[olkku@a84-230-128-52 ~]$ mount /dev/hdc
/dev/hdc: Input/output error
mount /dev/hdc: can't read superblock
Whats the matter? I can mount everything but Audio CD:s.

You don't need to mount audio cds, your cd player will access the device directly.
